Payment methods

The prices displayed in our online store are in Canadian dollars with taxes included in the product prices, before delivery charges. The total amount of the invoice is payable in one installment at the time of the order. Visa and MasterCard are accepted on our online store. The name, address and telephone number entered in the bill must be identical to the name, address, and telephone number that appear in your credit card account.

 

Delivery

The address indicated for delivery must be a valid Quebec address. Shipping charges are set at $ 10 for all orders. The shipping time is a maximum of 14 days. We cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay in delivery or a shortage of stock from one of our suppliers. We will contact you as soon as possible if a product is not available or if the waiting time is above average.

 

Returns

The products available on our site are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. For a refund or an exchange, the products as well as the invoice must be returned by post at the customer's expense within 7 days of receipt. The products must not have been worn, used or damaged in any way. When making a return, you will be refunded for the price of the product and the amount of taxes paid. However, you will have to cover the delivery costs.
